Award-winning London restaurant runs sushi Masterclass

The world-renowned team at award-winning Pan-Asian restaurant, Chino Latino, will be running a sushi masterclass on 14 July to help foodies learn the tricks of the trade.

Highly experienced chefs will guide guests through fish types, the best cuts, correct tools and Japanese terms before creating delicious sushi and sashimi during a two-hour class.

Tickets cost just £35 per person which includes wine, soft drinks and of course, the sushi ingredients and guests can take home the skills to wow their friends and families for years to come.

The masterclass will start at 3pm in three Chino Latinos across the UK including Chino Latino London which is located on the ground floor of Park Plaza Riverbank in between Waterloo and Vauxhall station.

“We know from our restaurant clientele, that knowing your nigiri from your normaki can be quite a mystery, so we’re offering sushi fans the chance to gain skills to create dishes in their own homes,” said spokesman Albert van der Westhuizen.
